Build future-proof e-commerce with a flexible integration platform

Connect your complete e-commerce stack and automate the unique processes that drive your growth

An e-commerce integration platform should do more than connect your webshop to a predefined catalogue of applications. It should give you the freedom to connect the systems, channels and partners that make your e-commerce operation unique — and keep them connected as your business evolves.

Orders, products, prices, stock, customers and fulfilment data move continuously between e-commerce platforms, ERP, WMS, PIM, CRM, marketplaces, carriers, payment providers and external business partners.

Fluxygen seamlessly connects your complete best-of-breed e-commerce application and data landscape, regardless of technology stack, system age or data format.

Within days, automated integrations and data flows can trim manual work and help your team manage and scale your unique e-commerce processes across channels, systems and partners.

Turn a growing e-commerce stack into one connected operation

E-commerce rarely runs on one platform. Growth adds channels, applications, fulfilment partners and increasingly complex business rules.
Common challenges include:

Orders across multiple channels

Process orders from webshops, B2B portals and marketplaces without repetitive manual work.

Product data everywhere

Keep relevant product information aligned across ERP, PIM, commerce platforms and marketplaces.

Inventory and availability

Exchange stock and availability data between sales channels, ERP, WMS, 3PLs and fulfilment partners.

Different order processes

Route orders based on customer, market, warehouse, product, stock position or delivery method.

External partners

Exchange data with suppliers, carriers, fulfilment providers and other business partners.

Different data formats

Transform APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, EDI and other formats into data your applications can use.

Growing transaction volumes

Keep your integration architecture manageable as orders, products, channels and transactions increase.

Changing applications

Replace or add systems without rebuilding the business logic behind your complete commerce operation.

And more…

Without a flexible integration layer, every addition can create another dependency or point-to-point connection.

One integration layer around your unique e-commerce processes

Fluxygen provides a cloud-based low-code integration layer between your commerce applications, data and external partners.

Instead of defining your possibilities by a fixed connector catalogue, Fluxygen connects through APIs and open protocols. If an application provides a usable interface, we want you to be able to integrate it.

Our approach is based on five principles:

Connect

Connect e-commerce platforms, ERP, PIM, WMS, CRM, marketplaces, carriers, payment services, AI solutions and external partners.

Automate

Automate orders, product updates, fulfilment instructions, shipment updates, invoices, returns and other recurring commerce processes.

Synchronize

Exchange relevant product, customer, order, price, inventory and fulfilment data between the applications that need it.

Validate

Map, transform, enrich and validate data according to your own business rules before it reaches the next system.

Obtain

Combine information from multiple sources and route it to the right application, channel, partner or process.

CASVO

Connect. Automate. Synchronize. Validate. Obtain.
That is how Fluxygen turns separate commerce applications into a manageable integration landscape.

Scale your e-commerce operation, not your integration complexity

  • Reduce manual work
Automate repetitive data processing between sales channels, back-office systems and external partners.
  • Keep control of your unique processes
Manage mappings, transformations, validations and routing centrally instead of spreading business logic across individual applications and point-to-point connections.
  • Keep your best-of-breed applications
Choose the commerce, ERP, PIM, WMS, CRM, AI and fulfilment solutions that fit your business instead of allowing your integration platform’s connector catalogue to determine your technology stack.

Business case snippet:

From webshop order to fulfilment through one automated data flow

Imagine an e-commerce company selling through its own webshop, a B2B portal and marketplaces. Orders arrive through different channels, while product information comes from the PIM, prices and customer agreements from ERP and inventory data from the WMS.

The value lies not only in connecting your applications, but in controlling the business logic between them.

What's next?

Add channels and applications without starting over

Your e-commerce landscape will keep changing. You may introduce another marketplace, change ERP or PIM, connect a new 3PL, expand internationally or use LLMs and AI agents within product, customer or operational processes.

With a flexible integration layer, you can change individual applications while retaining the integration logic and business rules around them. Think about:

E-commerce FAQ

E-commerce integration connects a webshop or commerce platform with other business systems so that data can move between them automatically. Typical integrations connect e-commerce with ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS, payment, fulfilment, marketplace and logistics systems. This can automate the exchange of orders, customers, products, prices, inventory and shipment information. Instead of maintaining separate manual processes for each application, an integration platform can coordinate these data flows centrally and apply validation, transformation and routing rules.
An e-commerce platform can be integrated with an ERP by defining which data each system owns and how information should move between them. Orders created online can, for example, be transferred automatically to the ERP, while prices, customer information, inventory or order statuses can flow in the opposite direction. An iPaaS acts as an integration layer between the systems and can handle mapping, transformation, validation and routing. The exact design depends on the APIs or other interfaces provided by the e-commerce and ERP systems and on the organisation’s business rules.
Inventory can be synchronised by defining an authoritative source for stock information and distributing relevant changes to webshops, marketplaces and other sales channels. Depending on the process, updates can be event-driven, near-real-time or scheduled. An integration platform can transform the inventory data into the format required by each destination and coordinate the different flows centrally. Reliable inventory synchronisation also requires clear rules for reservations, available-to-sell quantities, warehouses and timing. Integration improves data exchange, but the organisation must still define what each inventory value means.
An iPaaS can automate order processing by moving an order through the required systems without repeated manual data entry. A webshop order can be validated and transferred to ERP or order management, forwarded to a WMS or fulfilment provider and enriched with shipment information when fulfilment progresses. Status updates can then be returned to the webshop or other customer-facing systems. The integration flow can also route exceptions for manual review. The result is not simply faster data transfer, but a more controlled end-to-end process with fewer manual handovers.
A PIM can be integrated with an e-commerce platform so that approved product information is automatically distributed to the relevant online channels. Depending on the architecture, this can include product names, descriptions, attributes, categories, media references and other product-related data. An integration platform can map the PIM data model to the structure required by each webshop or marketplace and apply validation and transformation rules. This allows the PIM to remain authoritative for defined product information while commerce platforms receive the data needed for publication and sales.
Marketplaces can be integrated through a central integration layer that exchanges the relevant data with ERP, PIM, WMS, order management and other commerce systems. Product information, offers, prices and inventory can be sent to marketplace channels, while marketplace orders and status information can flow back into internal systems. Central orchestration prevents each internal application from requiring a separate point-to-point connection to every marketplace. The exact possibilities depend on the marketplace APIs, rate limits, data models and commercial rules, which can differ significantly between platforms.
Customer data can be kept more consistent by defining which system is authoritative for each type of customer information and synchronising relevant changes through an integration layer. For example, a webshop may capture an account or delivery address while a CRM manages relationship information and an ERP manages billing-related records. Integration can validate, transform and route updates between these systems. Good customer-data integration also requires rules for identifiers, duplicates, consent, data ownership and conflict handling. Connecting systems alone does not resolve these governance questions.
E-commerce processes can be connected with logistics and fulfilment providers by automatically exchanging the information required to fulfil and track orders. An integration can send orders, addresses and shipment instructions to a fulfilment or logistics system and return shipment identifiers, tracking information and statuses to internal or customer-facing applications. This reduces manual handovers between commerce and logistics operations. The integration design should account for different carrier or provider interfaces, status definitions, error handling and the business response required when fulfilment cannot proceed normally.
Integration can help an e-commerce business scale by reducing the amount of manual work that grows with order volumes, products, sales channels and external partners. Instead of employees repeatedly transferring data between systems, automated flows can process routine transactions and route exceptions for attention. A central integration layer can also make it easier to add or change systems without rebuilding every connection from scratch. The actual scalability achieved depends on platform capacity, architecture, connected-system limits and process design, so integration should be tested against expected transaction volumes and peak loads.
An e-commerce company should consider an iPaaS when integrations are becoming business-critical or difficult to manage through manual work and separate point-to-point connections. Typical signals include repeated CSV imports and exports, duplicate data entry, inconsistent product or inventory information, growing numbers of marketplaces, frequent order exceptions and limited visibility into data flows. An iPaaS is especially relevant when several systems and partners must work together as one process. For a very simple application landscape with only one stable connection, a dedicated direct integration may still be sufficient.
