Raymond Meester
Partner – Software architect
Raymond is our software architect and lead developer. Raymond has been working in the EAI domain since 2008 and has a lot of experience with and a real passion for application integration. In former positions Raymond was active as an architect, developer and consultant. His last integration project was for the SVB (Sociale Verzekerings Bank). Raymond leads the development team and the long-term strategy and roadmap.
Pedro Catalão
CTO
Pedro leads R&D and our long-term cloud vision as well as the daily DevOps operations. Before Fluxygen, he thrived as a developer and architect at companies such as Accenture, Altran, Thales, Philips and Kabisa. He strongly believes a diverse skillset yields invaluable synergies for a broader perspective on tech challenges and life in general. Beyond work, he’s a private pilot, avid go-kart racer, and off-road explorer, embracing his lifelong passions and staying outside of his comfort zone.
Norman Hooghof
Partner – COO
Norman is always working on Fluxygen: he is in charge of daily operations and next to managing the dev team, he cannot help reading up on all the ins and outs and to function as a helpdesk for anyone who has questions about Fluxygen. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends or you can find him on the tennis court or along the football field.
Erik Greefhorst
Partner – CEO
Erik is co-founder and partner from the very beginning at Fluxygen. After the sale of his company “Abacus” he has been on board full-time since April 2021 for the (international) development of the partner channel. In his time of work Erik likes spending time with his two grandchildren, and going out on the bicycle or motorcycle. His experience in store automation, business intelligence, product information management and his involvement with Fluxygen, are all used to create integration concepts that help the customers and partners of Fluxygen.
Bruno Vieira Gonçalves
Developer
Bruno Gonçalves was born in the 80’s (nice music and retro gaming), had his first encounter with programming and the internet in the 90’s, and got his Computer Science and Engineering degree in the 00’s, after which he got his first job as a software developer. In his spare time, he loves to watch movies and listen to music in the old fashion vinyl format. He loves everything about renewable energy and electric vehicles.
Lucas Leite
Developer
Born in Brazil and living in Portugal since 2018, Lucas is our frontend developer, specialized in ReactJS. His first contact with programming was when he was about 14 years old and it was love at first sight. He likes to dedicate some time to programming personal projects and his hobbies are movies and gaming.
Bruno Rodrigues
Developer
Bruno is our latest addition to our frontend development team. He got his degree in 2024, and this is his first professional role. He constantly works to keep up with the latest trends in design and technology. Outside of work he likes to drive and spend time with his friends.
Joeri Voet
AWS cloud engineer
Joeri is our AWS Cloud Engineer. Starting from a young age he was interested in computer hardware and software. This eventually resulted in a Bachelor of ICT with a specialization in Network Infrastructure. When he started his career he fell in love with the Cloud. Since then his knowledge and skills have only grown. After work you can find him gardening, tinkering with home automation, watching TV or playing videogames with friends.
Jeroen Bossenbroek
Pre sales consultant
Jeroen’s role as a pre sales consultant at Fluxygen is a perfect fit for his passion for integration. Jeroen has been in the application integration field for over 20 years now, and it still keeps him curious and energised. Since 2015, he has been owner of LemonForce, where he had the chance to work across a wide range of industries from logistics and government to financial services and real estate. That variety helps him quickly get to the heart of a problem and think in practical solutions.
At Fluxygen, his focus is on building strong partnerships and supporting clients in the early stages making sure things are set up for success right from the start.
Erik Verstraaten
Senior Marketeer
The second Erik on the Fluxygen team is our marketing senior, a commercial professional with extensive experience in marketing, communications and business development across both B2B and B2C environments. After hours he enjoys singing as the crooner of the See Sharp Big Band.
